About Kambiz

For the past 16 years, my family and I have proudly called the Pacific Palisades Highlands home. My wife and I are raising our three children here, with two currently attending Palisades Charter High School and our youngest attending Calvary Christian School.

I have coached nearly every sport my children have played and currently serve as head coach of my son's Pacific Palisades Baseball Association (PPBA) All-Star team. I also serve on the boards of the Pacific Palisades Baseball Association and the Park Advisory Board.

As a general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in Los Angeles, I understood that rebuilding our community would require more than construction — it would require collaboration, transparency, and advocacy. After the fire, I founded Pali Builds, a free community resource that tracks permit activity and home sales while publishing newsletters and practical guidance to help homeowners navigate the rebuilding process.

Today, I continue that work as a member of the Pacific Palisades Community Council's Infrastructure Committee, where I work alongside residents, city agencies, and community leaders to address the challenges facing our neighborhood.

I am running to continue serving the Highlands with the same commitment that has guided my volunteer work for years: listening to residents, providing practical solutions, and working every day to help rebuild a stronger, safer, and more connected Pacific Palisades.
